Please make sure you understand everything on this page before you pick up an item from our store. 

Due to the nature of modded, mods may be removed from our servers at any time. If you own a kit that gave you items for this mod, you will be offered a replacement item at a similar value.
Items in kits can be changed at any time. It's not common for us to update and change items in our kits, but due to balance reasons, bugs, or issues, some items might be removed without warning.
Names of ranks or the kits they have may be updated without warning. If this is the case we will add the missing kits to your account, give you a legacy rank, or offer you a replacement rank
Please also keep in mind that commands and other perks that come with ranks may also be replaced or removed.

In most cases, the rank, kits, and items you buy will remain the same.

TERMS OF SERVICE

Payments made to Dapper Fox Group LTD are for the virtual items listed in your purchase, to be used on the Kinetic Network. Dapper Fox Group LTD oversees financial management for the Kinetic Network, including collecting payments, handling operational expenses, managing taxes, and transferring remaining funds to the team managing the Kinetic Network. Dapper Fox Group LTD does not manage or operate the Kinetic Network itself.

Once virtual items are claimed in-game, the transaction is considered final and non-refundable. Attempts to claim refunds outside these terms will result in permanent restriction from accessing the Kinetic Network.

If you are banned for breaking the Kinetic Network's rules, no refunds will be issued. All bans are at the discretion of the Kinetic Network staff team, and rules are subject to change without notice. Access to the server is not guaranteed, and if the Kinetic Network ceases operation, any virtual items are forfeit. Where possible, substitute products of similar value may be offered. Refund requests due to lag, game bugs, or other issues will be handled at the discretion of the Kinetic Network staff team. All items are virtual and have no real-world monetary value.

By purchasing, you confirm you are over 18 years of age or have the approval of a parent or legal guardian. You acknowledge and waive all rights to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes through PayPal, credit card providers, or other payment processors.

Dapper Fox Group LTD handles the financial operations of the Kinetic Network but is not responsible for the management, content, or day-to-day operation of the server. The Kinetic Network staff may change, remove, or reprice packages and items at their discretion.

Please allow up to 15 minutes for your virtual goods to be delivered. In rare cases of failure, please contact the Kinetic Network's support team for assistance. 

After your purchase, you will receive an email from Buycraft (Tebex) containing your receipt and a copy of these Terms of Service for your records.

By making a purchase, you accept these Terms of Service and acknowledge that they are subject to change at any time without notice. This agreement will be referenced in the event of disputes or payment issues.
